I created Strong At Home because I was tired of seeing home workouts online that were jump-around, spin-in-a-circle, HIIT-style workouts. And I knew other people were tired of those as well.
Strong At Home is your logical, no BS at-home workout guide. We implement simple, basic exercises, that can be done with or without equipment, and program them into your workouts effectively and progressively.
