Lift Like Laura includes 6 days a week of workouts (3 of which are optional, but encouraged). The program is updated every four weeks for everyone, so we all lift together. Included in your subscription to Lift Like Laura is access to a community Facebook group to share progress, get critique on lifts, and connect with other lifters (AKA complain about how sore your legs are).

This is a subscription-based service at $12/month; that’s less than fifty cents a DAY! All you need is access to a gym and some barbell experience.
